1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

2. Return Process

  3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to the following address:

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable items such as fresh organic produce.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer if the payment was made via Cash on Delivery.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account after approval.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and provide either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing time, please:

7. Exchanges
